Massage Therapist Responsibilities:

Skilled, knowledgeable & experience preferred, however, New Grads are Welcome!
Treats clients in a professional and caring manner
Strong desire to help others through the healing benefits of spa services.
Educating clients on the benefits of massage as part of their overall wellness program
Develop and propose client treatment plans unique to their individual needs
Promoting the Lifestyle Program, Upgrading, and performing Spa Enhancement Services
Proficiency in Swedish & Deep Tissue modalities
Maintain detailed treatment records.

Job Requirements:
•Active AZ massage license, in good standing, and adhere to state regulations.
• Carry massage liability insurance.
• Be able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
• Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
• Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Deep
Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our
team members!
• Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and
bodywork.
